Started by a
bad almond
Hoard & Co. exists because premium dry fruit in this country too often means a shiny pouch around a stale nut. We fixed the nut and kept the shine.
House rules
Name the farm
If we cannot tell you where it grew, we do not sell it.
Small batches only
When the drum gets bigger, the flavour gets smaller. The drum stays small.
Nothing to hide
No palm oil, no syrup glaze, no flavour dust. The label is short because the list is short.
Fresh or nothing
Packed the week it ships. Stale stock gets eaten by us, not sold to you.
How we got here
The bad almond
A "premium" supermarket pouch that tasted like packing foam. A refund was requested. A grudge was born.
The road trip
Six states, forty farms, one overworked hatchback. We found growers who care and shook hands at the farm gate.
The first batch
Two hundred pouches, packed on a borrowed table, sold out in a weekend. The hoard had begun.
